Marc Guèdenet
Marc Guèdenet is an experienced civil litigator with a strong background in real estate, commercial disputes, investment-related cases and employment law. He has successfully represented clients in approximately 1,000 matters, including multiple trials, arbitrations, and appeals. Marc gained his experience by being thrown into the fire from the very start of his career.
With over a decade of courtroom experience, Marc has successfully argued cases before the California Court of Appeals, at arbitration, and at trial in high-stakes business litigation. His ability to analyze complex disputes and develop effective litigation strategies makes him a strong advocate for his clients. Not only does Marc understand the procedural and legal aspects of his clients’ claims, but he also has an appreciation of the emotional cost of litigation on the client and helps find creative solutions if possible.
